Official Fall BBQ/Track day OKC - October 27 2007

Alright ladies and gentlemen,

Its that time again. We are having the Fall BBQ here in Oklahoma City. We will have the Sheriffs training grounds again like the spring Q. For those of you who did not attend you missed out big time.

When October 27, 2007. The location is at NE 36th and Air Depot in OKC. We will begin at 10AM and stop, well when we stop.

Cost will be $5 per person to eat and drink. I will post up if the track will cost or not by the end of the week. We are not looking to make any profit. We just want to cover expenses.

If you have any questions please email me at goldengroupinsurance@coxinet.net. I check my work emails more often.

Registration will be at www.rotaryrendezvous.com.

Can someone please sticky this.

I will be there but it would be really nice if the website was updated. Registering reads for last years event and all the information is from the spring event.

yeah we changed it up from the spring. Instead of 20 for track and 10 for food we are doing $5 for food and free track.

I know I know its too expensive, but I am working on it.

The paypal at rotaryinspired@sbcglobal.net should not be working. So make sure you get your money back.

We will just collect $5 per person at the door for food

If you have any questions call me (405)317-5095

Also we have t shirts made. The front left chest area will have this picture http://rotaryrendezvous.com/store/ph...ced_rotors.jpg with 2007 fall bbq/track day around it. The back will have this picture http://rotaryrendezvous.com/store/ph...tor-eshaft.jpg on the back w/ Pistons are for quitters on the top and rotaryrendezvous.com on the bottom.
They will be $15 per shirt and they come in the color of black. I will not have any shirts in my hands until Oct. 23rd If you want one I can ship it or give it to you at the Q. You can Paypal me at rotaryinspired@yahoo.com for payment of the shirts.

A couple of the rx7 guys are going to go to Thunder Valley (1/4 mile in noble) on Friday night before the q. Everyone is more than welcome to go there as well.

Also if you plan on tracking your vehicle you will need to bring a Helmet. We will not have enough to loan out.

Again I look forward to seeing everyone on Oct 27.

If you have not registered please do so at www.rotaryrendezvous.com. If you have registered would you please take the time and reregister. I had a problem w/ my email and lost a majority of those who have registered.

Thank you,
Brad

I'm not going to be able to make this year because I have no gas money to make it from Altus to OKC.

Real bummer too, I was looking forward to this for months.

well, I can't seem to find a helmet any where. Is there anyone who is going that would be willing to let me bum one, or share one, if you do, I'll pay your way into the BBQ

If you haven't registered please do at rotaryrendezvous.com. Even if you are not totally sure I need you to register. I need to know cuz the gate to the track and Q will not remain open all day.

My cell number is (405)317-5095 for anyone needing directions or help.

Pictures of T shirts avail. I think I am out of mediums. $15 for the shirts all proceeds going towards Q related stuff.
