Start the New Years rotary style.

This is being discussed on 7club and I want to extend the invite to the 8 guys as well.

So far the plan is coming together but it looks like getting together late afternoon around 2 ish on Jan. 1 2011. Then grab some food shoot the breeze and then go for a cruise.

What is the take on this?

If this sounds like fun for you then please chime in so we can get a head count.

As for restraunts here are some of my ideas:

1. Earls in Moore.
2. Freddy's in Moore of I-35.
3. Ted's Mexican food
4. The always tasty Chick Filet
5. Qudoba

Please submit your suggestions. All these places are in the Moore - N. Norman area as that is what is close to me, and I know the locations.

Looks like Ted's mexican food is the plan. Trying to decide norman or okc. I hope to see some 8 guys attend.

I am calling the Ted's in Norman for reservations tomorrow. I am going to choose the Norman location as it is right off I-35 and easy to find.

 

Ok Ted's does not take reservations. I will be there by 1:40pm to get a table for everyone. The location is Ted's in Norman. It is on the west side of I 35 between Main and Robinson.

Right now I have 8 RX7's coming and possibly 10. Renesisjim is the only 8 stating he is coming. I need to know tomorrow if possible if anyone else is interested in coming. I would love to see some 8's representing.

Hi Brad, would love to attend and catch up with everyone from the Sheriff's track days, but tomorrow won't work for me. Hopefully there will be another one!

No it was not internal. It was the exhaust bottoming out on the asphalt. The small sacrafices one makes for a good stance and handling set up. Car looks good.

 

Thanks. Yeah I bottom out all over the place. Definitely got me more interested in a 7. Would def have to be a r1 or base without black interior. It felt really claustrophobic in black with the sunroof.

 

Thats funny. R1's only have black interior. You will need to look hard for a base w/ tan leather. Thanks for making the trip down.

 

You're welcome. I look forward to seeing you guys again. I have definitely decided to keep my 8. The 7 is just to small for a daily driver. I still have dreams of a 20b rx7. But until I can afford a second toy I will have to wait. Let me know when you guys get together again.
