It's really not a "wake-up" call if I call and you're already awake. They work only if you're asleep and I figure since you'll be working tomorrow, about 1ish or so would be perfect. Next time, try to pick up on my first call, don't make me call like 7 or 8 times.

You would have been so proud of me N-O. I've been fighting w/insurance and rental car place all afternoon and I was not nice-Dazy, I was stern-I'm getting my way-Dazy. I won't bore you with the details, but I got my way with the rental place and now I'm just waiting on the adjuster (who was cancelled b/c they thought I took the car to the dealership when I explicitly told them I couldn't because they were closed!) to inspect my car and give me a quote. Whew, what a day! I need a drink.

 

I am proud. Things like this, you have to be firm (not just talking about breasts and stuff) or the insurance companies will try and walk all over you and take their time. Don't sign anything until you've read it! Take your time reading it and don't let them rush you. If you have to, keep reminding yourself "THIS IS MY BABY THEY ARE MESSING WITH"
