Monroe/Shreveport, LA 8's - Where ya at?

I think the next time we plan on going out to Shreveport, It will have to be on a weekend. Like leaving DFW on a Friday or Early Saturday and staying the night. There is just a different atmosphere when staying on a weekend than going on a weekday. All the tables are open and there are just more people there having a good time. I'll keep you'all up to date. Yeah as ALWASL8 said, you were missed on this last trip, you two would have "clicked" and had a great time. Shari, I'm glad you did go, I had a great time except they weren't serving mud-buggies at the casino buffet. Other than that I have 0 complaints. We should try this again sometime. I know it's not the same as Vegas, but it is close enough to drive the 8 to.

I agree... a weekend would definitely be better. You guys should try to plan to make it for Mudbug Madness in May. You can gamble and eat all the crawfish your heart desires then. :D

Hey, Voodoo!!!! It's been awhile.... any interesting meets out there lately?
We didn't take many pics because we were in the casinos most of the time. I have a couple shots of our cars, but I can't remember how to post friggin' pics on here.

It was funny, but I hope you realize that when he gets older he is soooo gonna step off in it with a whole lot of females who WON'T find it funny.

Dazy just called and told me that she was a little excited by the pic and was gonna get her snorkling gear out for the trip to Austin. Said something about doing a little muff-diving? Is there a lake in Austin that has this thing called "muff"? I went to the travel Austin web site and it never mentioned it.
