Hey Dazy, if you are not set on a MazdaSpeed nose, Ken Scheepers still has the entire front end from when Mazda gave him the body for his race car. He has the hood, fenders, nose, etc. I bet he would make you a really good deal on the stuff. Let me know if you want me to call him.
BTW he got the car finished and it is bad ***. He put down over 800hp

I haven't been on that road before. Kinda surprised because it's right by work too... I've been on some roads in the general area that are farm roads so no kids to worry about. just cows. :D

There are a couple of houses, mostly trees on either side and a lake It is a road you want to drive at night so you get a little more warning because oncoming lights will refract off of trees before you actuall see the cars. Most importantly watch the lake side (North) part of the road. There are some 15' or so drops including some directly into the lake that could be pretty bad. But hitting trees at high speed sucks too as Dazy found from low speed
Another great road right by there is Silver Creek Rd. Follow that road about 3 miles and it gets pretty intense. There is an area that is real twisty and the trees grow completely over the road so it is like a tunnel That is a great place to just scare the absolute **** out of your passengers :D

He will have it before then. I pointed out to him that we were going to Austin and everybody wants to see the car. He said you already let him know that.
It will be great advertising if all is well and by default it would be very bad advertising if it was not. This is a high visibilty repair for him meaning a lot of people are watching this.
These are the kinds of jobs that can generate more business. Those are the best kind of jobs a shop can get.
So the incentive to do this job quickly and nice is definately in your favor. My concern is the suspension work.

That was my concern too. There's a lot of metal under there and I'm concerned that something may get missed. I think Gotham was going to work on that, but I'm not sure. The exhaust should be in any day now and I would think it would be easier to repair the suspension without the exhaust, you'll have more room to work.
