Houston RX-7/8 Club Meeting - March 2nd 2004
Where: LaserZone
4125 S. Highway 6
Sugar Land, TX 77478
When: 3/2/2004 - INSIDE @ 7:00PM don't be late!!! (gathering in the parking lot before hand if weather is nice, 6:30-6:45ish)
We will have a short meeting to announce updates concerning coming events and other club matters. Afterwards, let the games and food begin!
What is LazerZone?
Lazerzone is a 10,000 square foot facility where players wear vests with flashing sensors on them and are given a phaser...zap! zap!
The objective is to tag the sensors on opponents' vests or phasers. Each time you tag an opponent, they are deactivated for three seconds and you receive points. There is no limit to the amount of times you may fire your phaser or be tagged. There are also options for special missions where the objectives and rules are different.
*Each game is 20 minutes long
**There is an 8 person minimum
***The cost is $12 per person for 2 games
(additional games will be $6 per person)
With this we will get a free meeting room! Lori has graciously offered to prepare a mini-feast (similar to KartZone) which will include a dinner item, sides, dessert & drinks. Menu coming soon!
There is a 50% deposit required 1 week prior to the event. ($96 total based on minimum # of 8 required - estimate $50 deposit due) so it is ESSENTIAL that I have your RSVP's for this event no later than Sunday, February 22nd at Noon! If we do not have 8 people who have confirmed by then, we will have to revisit the possibility of this meeting.
***PLEASE NOTE: By RSVPing you will be guaranteeing the payment of your $12 no matter what!*** Remember I will be fronting the deposit myself!
We're hoping for a big turn out!!! If you made it out to KartZone you know the blast we had, so come back out! If you didn't make it, this is your chance to have some fun, eat some food, and hang out with other enthusiasts!

Announcing Tomorrow's LaserTag Dinner Menu:
4 Bean Chili with your choice of Frito's, bread or both
Accompanied by the beverages soda and water
And of course my ever yummy brownies for dessert (this time we will be sampling turtle and peanut butter)
Food will be available from 7:00pm until 8:30. So you'll have time to eat or snack at your leisure!
