I love that car but the horses just was not there .The last straw happen when i was driving home one night on i35 here came this hyundai tiburon.We looked at each other and it was on to my surprise this hyundai was kicking my *** man that made me mad so the next day i traded my 04 rx8 auto for a new 350z man this car is bad.I will allways love the rx but i will wait till the new model comes out and hopefully it has over 306 horses.

You drive an auto RX-8 so you lose your right to complain. Also RX-8 is not for drag/street racing. Take it to a HPDE or autocross and you will spank Hyundais to your heart's content.

 

er....since when did the auto have 306 horses? For what it's worth, my lightly modded auto can hang with tiburons and Si's all day, i have to push the ever living sh** out of it but it has no troubles, most of the idiots out here that toy with me on a daily basis are either huge pickemups, or overstated fwd shitboxes, and my auto has no issues at all. (although most of the time I just ignore their *** anyway as I bought this car for to play in the turns, not waste my time killing innocent people doing streetracing on public roads to begin with)

 

Auto 350Z too I'm sure? You're worried about street racing but you can't drive stick, nice.

 

+1 to everything said! It's not a case of the car not performing, it's a case of you using it for something it wasn't meant to be good at. AT tranny on a low torque engine that needs highrevs... I mean... ya know. If your priority is straight line performance it might not be the best choice.

Anyways, the 350Z is a nice car, hope you have fun with it!

 

I've been diving an '07 350Z for the last two weeks. This thing is a piece of SHEET.
I would not own if you gave it to me. Uncomfortable, noisy, can't see out of it.

I can't beleive he traded the 8 for a 350z... then again I guess he already drives automatics so I doubt he will notice the Z handles like a tank.
