Freaking lights!
AArggghh... if your tail lights go foggy get it replaced before 60k or you have to pay for it. I am at 66k and mazda wants $250 + install for "one" driver's side tail light.
On another note has anyone heard of a a product called "Plastix" or something to that extent. I was told it can get the front lights cleaned up... mine are starting to get dirty but I can't get the grime off them.

1935 lbs. FTW!
Ouch, I've had both headlights as well as 1 tailight replaced under warranty. It's gonna be a long time before I hit 60K though. Order the taillight from mazdaspeed motorsports, I bet it's WAY cheaper there and install it yourself.
Either that or get a friend with a RX8 with less mileage and borrow their car. Just slap your foggy lens in it and take it in to get a replacement

Haa...I used to have the foggy lens issue on my old MX-3...heres a nifty secret...
Buy some "Metal Polish"...I still have my old can...I'll post the brand up later...anywho...
Use the metal polish on the lens...allow to dry...and buff off...they will be good as new...

I've taken off one of my tail lights and got the water out. I just started to get some in the other.
Just in case you want to look for yourself I'll describe what I did.
I took the tail light out and found two small screws on the back of the light that have a foam seal around them. One of mine had the obvious effects of water getting into the screw threads and letting water in the housing. I used my wife's hair drier to get all the moisture out, sealed up the screw threads, and went over some of the joints at the top of the clear lense with some clear bathroom silicone sealant. I then drilled (2) 1/16" holes as close the the inside (trunk side) corner as possible at the bottom of the housing where the clear lense attaches to let any water that was still inside or got inside to get out. I didn't have any more problems with it after that.
In the next week or two I'll work on my other one and post some pics and such.
