I have a video camera, but I don't have a capture card in my desktop, so taking tape won't work for me to post vids. The camera shoots 2.5 pic/sec, but that's not really fast enough to get a smooth video from stills.

Yeah I shouldn't have a problem being there around 9. I also have 3 or 4 cones and a few bag chairs we can put out to reserve spots.

thank you sir i will see what i can do about getting some rope or keep out tape. i figure we can squeeze us all into 15-20 spots depending on how many are coming. i also have a spot picked out that should be good for the tent bbq and what not

I need a few volunteers to go and hold spots for us at the lakefront meet. Arrival time will be 9am, The rest of the club will arrive around 11 am.
I am willing to also be one of the people that go early. I will just need 3 besides my self unless we can get a 4th
We will also need cones or a do not cross tape or some kind of rope to section off our area

your choice on the dogs and buns but i would say 2-3 packs of dogs to help cover our hole club

also if you can get a hold of that cam ill put you on the cam crew for the video i am going to make. it will mostly be 2-3 30 sec shots on the cause way, 30 - 1 min at the rally point, and various stuff at the meet. still will also be worked in to this as well.
