Hey guys, that time of month again. The state meet has come and gone and I need to take care of some business. This time we are going to be meeting at Red Robin in Flower Mound so we aren't having to go through all the construction on 114 etc.

In regards to the movie... its a midnight showing... whereas this meet is at 8pm. Regardless, this meet is gonna happen since I need my projector even if this is a light turn out.

 

I would love to attend. Does it matter that I live in Texarkana on the Arkansas side? I'm like drooling to go to this.

They both are at eating joints, and start around the same time, you could just move yours over to jakes in addison. Already around 40 people have signed up to be at jakes and the theater might be more fun.

On that note guys if you havin't signed up, follow my link and make sure you send out a pm. That way he can get you on the list so he knows how many parking spaces he needs.

 

Swamp you should be able to go to both if your gonna be driving down from Texarkana. This Meet doesnt start until 8pm, then at 930-10pm the other one starts. You should have enough time to meet the actual 8 club then to be able to go to the DFW Mazda meet and meet them.

 

^But you can't manage to make an 800 meet, then a 930-10 meet before a midnight movie showing? Hmm. Actually with your sense of direction and tendency to get lost for hours after cruises, I believe that.

I'm not in town, so it doesn't matter, but even if I was, I wouldn't go to the "Movie Meet" because I can guarantee there are going to be idiots like this guy there.

After watching a Fast & Furious movie, there are going to be all sorts of people trying to show off when leaving. I want nothing to do with that.

 

because that meet at jakes is in addison at like 9:30 until probably 10:30 or 11. and then a 'cruise' to the theater...

 

And people wonder why I speak "generally" for "most people" when others bring up going to other meets lol.

 

Oh, I yeah, I forgot the movie is at 12. However, you're welcome to take a nap with me at my place. I'm very close to the cinema.

I'll consider phrases such as, "You're welcome to kick it at my place until the movie."
"Feel free to take a nap on my couch until the movie, as I'll be napping as well."
"You can come back to my crib and we can have a few brews until the movie"

Well we are going to have our own area of the parking lot and a private theater that seats 200. There are going to be a ton of us there. Sorry Thomas, I'm going to jakes then down to the movie!!!!
