I know it's short notice, but if anyone wants to lend a hand either tomorrow night after 5:30pm for loading and or saturday during the day for unloading, I'd appreciate it.

I've got a 2 bedroom apartment unfortunately on the second floor in richardson to move into a 1 story house in Wylie. I've got a 26 foot U-Haul from 5pm tomorrow afternoon until 2pm saturday. I rented an appliance dolly and a regular dolly as well.
What we're moving isn't actually all that much. The hard stuff is my 5 piece sectional couch which has a pull out bed (the only really hard part to move), a 34" CRT TV (the heaviest piece I have), and my kitchen table which comes apart and can easily be moved by 2 people. The rest is lighter stuff but can be cumbersome.

Food will be provided (assuming papa johns can find my house).

It really shouldnt take that long.

I'm moving to 78 and 544 for the most part.
It's 12 miles from my place if you take the direct route which takes a while and 16 if you take 190 east to 78 north to 544 east.

So you're talking about 20 miles.

I will probably drive the truck up 190 though as going through town just takes forever.. we'll see though.

 

I can't help out tonight, but I may be able to assist tomorrow. I'll have to check with Lindsay and see if we have plans that I don't know about.
