hey everyone, ive been reading alot of horror stories about mazda dealerships poor service .So im wondering whats the best dealership to go to in or around okc.

Bob moore in edmond is many, many times better than reynolds in norman.

Not saying a ton, but they seem to be helpful and willing to try to correct mistakes. They worked with me well on my engine swap.

yes, but Bob Moore also wrecked my car and lied about it. They did compensate me after much time. Basically the manager at Bob Moore - Chance is a tool, and corporate wants to fire him due to his "sketchy ethics". I know all of this because I work w/ the Finance Director for Bob Moore Ford's wife. And the GM of all of Bob Moore - Stan - is a nice guy willing to work w/ you. But if you get a car from Bob Moore Mazda, stay away from chance. Talk to Chris Fears.

Just bought my 8 from them yesterday. Eric hooked me up with mine before it even had been reconed and gave me an awesome price on it. The manager Chris Fears was awesome and so was the finance guy JP. I have never had a car purchase go as smoothly as mine did. Also, should anything happen to your car they will go out of their way to see if they can get mazda to cover it, even if your outside of your warranty. They dont have any used ones atm, but they constantly get them. I'd definitely check back regularly to see. GL to all who get an 8. You will NOT be disappointed.
