Austin hail damage

Just wondering if anyone else got hammered last night, my car is in total ruin, every inch of the thing has some kind of dent on it.

One of the local RX-7 owners got caught in it last night with nowhere to go.

Sorry to hear about your 8. I'm sure the local PDR guys are going to be busy for the next few weeks.

As far as up here in Round Rock, I heard it hitting the house a little but never peeked out to see how big it had gotten.

<mouth drop> Oh my goodness! I'm sorry to hear about the hail! I'm kinda surprised that it didn't hit up here. Hopefully the damage will get fixed soon!

I started another thread before this one and the pictures are on page 3, we were at Slick Willie's on Burnet Road, when all was said and done there cars out there with broken mirrors, tail lights, and the water in the parking lot was past my ankles.

That really, really sucks guys.

It's almost like Karma though, because every time us Canucks talk about snow tires and whatnot, the Texans are always like "Boy I'm glad I live in Texas and don't have to worry about that"

Not trying to poke you while your down, just an observation!

WTF? It only rained in my part of the metroplex.

That's nuts. Gotta love our weather patterns, as it's supposed to be 78 this afternoon.

Jenkins, didn't your mom get snow? I didn't think she was too far from me... same town and two different types of weather. And snow in March? What's up with that?

Last year we had a touch of snow in February, Valentine's day to be exact, it didn't stick for too long but it was fun playing in it. Texas weather seems to get weirder (is that a word?) each year :D
