So if my corners dont flash with the blinker, does that mean the bulb is bad, or does it mean that we should have actually replaced the lines along with the bulbs?

Thats normal. The side bulbs are not blinkers. If you want them to blink there is a DIY in the tech forum that shows you how to tap into your blinker wires.

Personally.. i think the car looks better when they are always on.
