I got an email from them saying they have some inventory that has been used in shows or has minor blemishes that they are selling for 35% off retail to preferred customers. Not everything on the site is included in the sale. Just stuff that isn't 100% new. If someone wants anything from their site, I can give you the number or I can handle the transaction if they won't let you buy it. The stuff is expensive, but it is awesome. I have the trakjax and they are super lightweight and allow me to get a normal jack under my car without scraping or much effort.
