It is the Carbon Fiber Mint Blue lip spoiler, it is awesome!
The tape works great, 10 mins to put on, 2 to take off. Great for the longer trips, you don't worry about going faster, you just do it :D

There are a couple of peopel at the track who tape up the protuding parts of the bumper to avoid cone stains. I think whenever i do get a Body Kit... i'll be ordering lots of this tape.
