I don’t not mean to offend anyone, but is this a family type event? The reason I ask is because I thought about coming and I would bring my wife and two kids (8 and 11). I used to be into show trucks and there where a few events that I did not consider very "family" friendly. (A lot of drinking, yelling, cursing, etc...). These forums look like a bunch of nice people but I am very new to the RX-8 (or rotary) scene and thought I better ask…

That's ok. I'm sure there will be another gathering soon. I know we've tossed the idea around, but maybe we can turn the Austin trip into something similar, but for Texas... Meanwhile, Texas Heatwave is in July and that can hold us over. :D

That was lots of fun! I'm glad we made the trip! It was nice to meet all of you guys.
Special thanks to ApneaBlue for coordinating this thing. We could all see that it took lots of
coordination and time to pull an event like this off and it is much appreciated!!!
