I will have to talk to my friend about coming to some of these. I have his 8 in my garage performing a mass amount of work to it in the next couple weeks; I joined the forum to help with the build up of his car. Taking off the brake system and PC the calibers, installing slotted rotors, better pads, PC the factory wheels, either new INVO or Proxes 4 tires that will be oversized from stock, RB Revo air damn, Injen intake, BHR coils, NGK Iridium plugs, Exotic Speed header and Titan PWR-Si cat-back, and some other odds and ends; maybe even put his audio in. He use to go with me to some of my Hyper Auto club meets when I had my Tiburon. I am currently tuner carless for now. I will very soon one day get back into the scene, and just not real sure what I am going to pick up yet or when just yet. The main reason for wanting him to go and myself his he is trying to figure out what appearance work to do and is kind of stuck; would be nice to see what is out there to help him figure it out. Right now he wants a Seibon VS hood, and the trunk lid, but not sure about body kit. He has thought about doing the Seibon AE lip kit F & R, and the side skirts, but still up the air really. Look forward to getting out with the 8 once we are done with it and meeting some local tuners of the same platform.

I recently got an RX8 after having a second gen rx7 years ago, in love with the Rotary engines.
I'd like to see a meet somwhere in Lewisville, though no trouble driving, Going to try to make it to the Thursday night meet.

I did show up to that meet, We had to leave early because of the kids, but it was nice to see at least one other RX8 before we left.
