Unfortunately not yet. I had some family issues I had to take care of. I'll be shipping all of the people left who ordered out tomorrow (Friday).

replaceable, you'd have to pop off the mirror and the twist off the lamp connection. would take about 2 minutes a side

I have the derwankel puddle ones.
Wonder if these light bulbs are any brighter?
If so and the price is right and Same size and Super white? then I could use them.
Have not installed them yet, a bit too cold for me. I will wait till warm weather to install. In the 50s or so here. That's cold for me.

That's why I love having a garage. Whenever I get a part for my ride it goes in the same day...waiting to install stuff kills me.

Oh I got a garage but it's full of stuff I have yet to install.
1. grill inserts
2. angel eyes
3. front dual fog lites
4. a few fog lites that have gone out of style..for my 93 GSi
5. so many things I can't even remember I have

Also when I get/buy new shirts/shorts/etc I just put them in the closet.
I have at least 10 new shoes (bought 7 years ago)/10 new suits- bought I can't remember when/40 new shorts- just bought this summer at Academy for $2.88 each- how could I pass? etc..that I have yet to wear.

It's same concept as derwankel. It's the same 194 socket but I just have 194 socket LEDs shipped with mine.

Yeah.....me too. Guess when push comes to shove that a lot of people aren't all that serious. I'll bet it picks up here pretty soon though once word gets a little further around.

Yeah, but the list has been there awhile, it's just some of us bellied up right away and the rest either didn't like the price or weren't serious in the first place. Maybe some wanted to wait until they were done and saw how people liked them before purchasing and that lead into the holiday time period???? Anyway, mine are in the mail and should be here soon! Woot!

One more thing and of course this is nobodys fault, but damn USPS sucks at providing quick and timely tracking status. I have sent things all over the country and I do have to say....while cheaper than UPS, that UPS does a much better job at actually updating the tracking info. Shazbot said he shipped them on the 14th, and here's what the USPS site says tonight(the 17th).

The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on December 3, 2007 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later.

So even if he didn't ship them till the 15th, USPS is still behind in getting them into the system. I've noticed this time and time again.....oh well, think I'll go take a valium now.

USPS by far has the worse tracking number system. I've had stuff delivered before and it still said "Electronic Shipping Info Recieved" until the next day.

Yeah......seen that also! Argh!
Anyway I can see using them cause it is the cheapest in most cases.

So now to get the thread back on track..........any little tips for those that haven't put them in yet? I've read everything on here and know to be careful(even though I already would've been). Anything that was missed in the above that might be of use? Don't worry about taps, as I said.......I'll be soldering mine.

Thanks,

Dave
