I'm interested in a set of reds...

Are the instructions for connecting to driving lights up yet? I'd like to see how hard/easy it is...

Is it possible to connect it to the headlight switch? So that they turn on only when you turn on the headlights?

Yes that is possible to do. It wouldn't be any harder, you'd just have to tap two different wires.

I found that mine had arrived in the mail when I got home from work last night. I didn't squeal like a schoolgirl, but I was excited.

Everything you need is in the bag except for tools. Included is a web address to the install instructions with large clear pictures. You won't have any trouble at all following the directions that Rodger gives you.

I got up early this morning and installed them. Being an old fart with a bad back made the install go a little slower than it should have. I got everything done except find the wires and tap into them. My back needed a rest after the contortion display I put on in the parking lot while mounting the lights and strapping the wires in. I will finish that tomorrow morning. Hopefully, I will get out there a little earlier, before it gets so hot.

While resting, I checked out the rest of Rodger's site. Dude, how much did all of that Dynamat weigh? I know that took a lot of hours and sweat. I saw the front and rear seats out and the nice job you did on the floor. I was impressed. When I scrolled down far enough to see the headliner out and the Dynamat on the roof, all I could say was, "Oh my god!"

The carputer install is very clean and shows your talents. That took a lot of patience. Good job!

Today, most kids don't know how to do anything and have no ambition to learn. Someone has taught you well. You will go far.

I was planning to get up early tomorrow to finish, but I may just do it at midnight tonight. At least then, I can see the immediate effects. I can hardly wait to turn them on and bask in the glow.

wow, thanks for the compliments.

I've been taking things apart since I could reach the toolbox.

The shipping weight on the dynamat was 38 lbs. I used most of it, so I'd say it added about 30 pounds to the car.

Now go finish your install and post pictures. I love seeing how they look in others' car.
