Count me in for both days. :)

Kane 03-28-2014 08:05 AM

Awesome. Glad it worked out for ya.

I'll probably start looking for the money in Mid-April / Early-May to reserve seats officially.

Carbon8 03-28-2014 08:05 AM

FYI its looking real good that I will be able to fly in. Will know more in a month!

1.3_LittersOfFurry 03-28-2014 09:14 AM

Well I been having a Cobb for 2 years now... And I still only feel confident changing basic things. In fact I'm on my first map attempting to zero out fuel trims. I want to learn as much as I can before the engine dies that way when I get my new one I know what I'm doing.

Easy_E1 03-28-2014 10:38 AM

Ok. I have everything updated now on the first post. Double check to make sure it's correct for everyone. Shoot me a PM if you have any changes or questions.
Yes I've been in Vegas. And I still am.
Doing fun things with Mr. Phil's car. :suspect:

Kane 04-02-2014 05:11 PM

Looks like we are off to a good start. Bump to the Top.

What exactly will be going on for day 2 for web? Remote tuning? Like the service MM offers right? Or.. something else? Sorry I'm a newb all over again lol. Really want to learn some stuff. :)

Yeah remote tuning. You'll be practicing what you've learned on your car.

Easy_E1 04-03-2014 09:39 AM

^The very first post. The one with everyone's names and info on it. Sorry.

moRotorMotor 04-07-2014 08:29 PM

Awesome. Long time no see on 8 Club. Must have been under a few feet of snow all winter.

moRotorMotor 04-08-2014 10:59 AM

Lol We got walloped, buddy. Just glad the weather is improving. It's been a while since I've been on here, but I've been lurking in the background from time to time. Nice to see you're doing this!

I just reread the thread and it doesn't get into any detail about what group of people could benefit from these classes, other than someone saying it is aimed towards the "beginner/intermediate". So if I could just clarify; I don't know more about tuning than the average layman. Would it be suitable for me to participate in the webinar?

po_snake 04-08-2014 07:27 PM

Count me in for both webinar days.

Kane 04-16-2014 06:46 AM

Alright folks. It looks like we are good to go for this thing. What I need everyone to do is submit payment to my PAYPAL, jeremy.tomlin@us.army.mil

In the comments please put your forum name and what you signed up for.

Example: RX8 Club Name: Kane, Webinar Both Days, Payment $300.

If you have any issues or questions, please let me know.

moRotorMotor 04-16-2014 11:10 AM

Done. Just going to repost my question, in case someone missed it: I just reread the thread and it doesn't get into any detail about what group of people could benefit from these classes, other than someone saying it is aimed towards the "beginner/intermediate". So if I could just clarify; I don't know more about tuning than the average layman. Would it be suitable for me to participate in the webinar?

Kane 04-16-2014 01:02 PM

Short answer, yes. I'll post more tonight.

Kane 04-16-2014 06:34 PM

The class starts with basics and moves to hand on. That is partly why it takes so long. So you can go in with very little knowledge and take away a good bit of information. I would say a basic "motorheads" level of understanding is required. If you've changed out an exhaust, suspension, intake and really anything more complicated than an oil change you should be fine.

AreAxeAte 04-17-2014 10:57 AM

Payment Sent!

Kane 04-18-2014 11:01 AM

moRotorMotor - 2 Days - Webinar - Paid
AreAxeAte - 2 Days - On Location - Paid

Hydr0nium 04-19-2014 03:17 PM

Kane, I'd like to pay on May 1st if that is ok?

And if by the time the tuning webinar comes around and there is still a spot available for the day 2 personalized tuning webinar, I'll probably take a spot.

Thanks.

Kane 04-20-2014 05:57 PM

Yep - pay by May 1st is fine.

Then I'll buy the ticket, etc.

Kane 04-21-2014 06:53 PM

po_snake - 2 Days - Webinar - Paid.
tpb7463 - 2 Days - On Location - Paid.

bwilk 04-21-2014 09:38 PM

Is it alright if I also pay May 1st? I just did a lump sum on my 8 and now I own it outright, but it kinda made me poor.
