How about someone finding out were he lives and going there.didnt he have some deaths in the family ?? that alone can bring someone down

 

OK I have contacted the City of Coral Gables Florida Attorney, Elizabeth Hernandez. They were not in the office at the time I called although I left a message briefly describing our situation with my cell phone and home number. Please note that I have explained that we are not assuming that Carols ran with our money, we just haven't heard from him and it was over 1700.00 dollars that he has in his possession. Remember, we cannot falsely accuse him of stealing... yet. Also remember that we have all of this recorded in this forum, so the proof is there, if he was indeed stealing, (I happen to be 60/40 with the thought that he did)
I will most likely hear from her on Monday, if not I will call again.

I do need everyone's help if you have five to 10 minutes to spare. Please use the number listed below or email and make a complaint to the City Attorney and I will make a call to the Southern District Court on Monday and find out what else we can do to get our money or our product.

hell, 17 hundred is not a great amount, to run away with...and make such a commosion...
if he got about 5grand it'd make more sense...

The money are not too much...170or something each...And we have been waiting so long..The money would not make me happy...The part offcourse or 300usd or something!! :D

 

Ok update, nothing much to talk about just figured I'd let you guys know what has been done so far.

I left a message on Carlos home phone informing him that I am calling the Police.
I called the Coral Gables Police dept. and they couldn't really help me, so I spoke with the Florida State Attorney and they were closing when I called so they asked me to give them a ring tomorrow.

I will post again tomorrow after I speak with these people and see how we can go about this.

This may take a while to sort out but it will be resolve I promise you that, I won't stop until I have my money along with your too or the item.

If I cannot get anywhere with the State Officials or local Police, then I will attempt to fly down there myself.

We all need closure on this issue. This has gone on far too long for even me now... I was holding out as long as I could.

Update:
Got a call from the Coral Gables Police Department today. The advised me to make my complaint to the FBI Internet Fraud Crime Center (www.ifccfbi.gov). After the complaint is made then the FBI does a small investigation into the issue. They will contact the Coral Gables Police and they will go to the premises of the seller, (Carlos), to see if it is fraudulent case.

This process does not take long at all, that is what the Police stated today on the phone, so expect this to be resolved if not at least some answers very soon.

Those FBI guys do take long. I have had to deal with them before

 

I declined to comment before because Carlos I figured people run into problems, which he did. However his lack of response is troubling, as well is the fact that he promised our product in December of '04. The idea that he stole our money is not my theory but enough is enough.

 

I made my complaint yesterday to the FBI at www.ifccfbi.gov . It was about 5 pages that I had to fill out and everyones money and nickname on this forum who were involved in this group buy are included in the complaint. We will just need to play the waiting game. So until there is an update from my end or until we hear from Cortc depends on how long we need to wait.

Get me his address and i'll see what I can find out. If its close by I won't mind taking a drive by there and see what I can dig up.

Thanks for the compliments guys, and here is the info that I found. I not completely sure if this is definately him but it seems that way and when I called his home his kid answered and I asked for Carlos and the kid responded with "he's not home" so obviously he lives there. I think Carlos is in financial trouble, otherwise, why would his kids be the only ones to answer the phone and then say he's not here? Trying to avoid creditors?
