I feel for you guys that are getting ready to go legal, but I'm not at that point yet. I've met Carlos a couple of times and he does not seem like the type of guy who would just up and bail.

I'm sure he has his reasons why he hasn't shipped them yet. I just wish he would share them with the rest of us. I bought my Axis wheels from him. Paypal'd him about $1900. Didn't have a single problem. I don't think he bailed on us..IMO

I'm going to look for my old cell phone where I had his cell phone saved. If I can find it tonight, I'll give him a call tomorrow.

Ok, we need another group talk. Is the consensus that we are willing to move the deadline back if Carlos gives a reason?

 

Yah if he actually shows face and says something but I don't think that will happen, not by the deadline anyways. He would need to come on this forum and give a date and have that date approved by the moderator and agree that if they aren't sent out by that date that we all get our money back and 10 dollars is deducted from the 159.99 for each one of as each day goes by without the items shipped.

Haven't been on in a few days, had to work a 72 hour shift... I'd rather get the part, but he's not going to look at this thread. Hopefully if a DA contacts him, the parts will magically appear on our door steps. This is what I'm hopeing for.

 

Maybe the dashpod trolls came and stole them cause they didn't want our 8's looking any better than they already do!

I'm trying to contact the Miami DA today if anyone has any info on the contact information for the Miami District Attorney please post it here we need all the help we can get.

I will post as soon as I contact the DA hopefully they can get our money back or the part shipped that is what a total of 1759.89 and that's counting 11 people, I didn't include the other cause I'm figuring that was Cortcs pod right?
