Just so there's no confusion, this is Lauri speaking ... a big "THANKS FOR COMING!" to all that joined us at our Mid-Ohio corral. WE had a GREAT time and it looks like you all had a good time too. It makes it all worth it. Great seeing some of you once again!! The weather held out with pure sunshine so it made the weekend fantastic all the way around ...
now on to the NEXT events!! don't unpack your luggage just yet : ) ...
we will be at Road America next weekend, June 22-23 AND then at Watkins Glen June 30 and July 1 for the 6 Hours at the Glen!!
I'll post up separate threads on those events ... hope to see some of you again this year. After the Glen, we get a few weeks off until Indianapolis on July 27.
Thanks again and see YOU at the races!!

You're welcome, Lauri. I'm grateful that Mazda is this into road racing and goes to the trouble to do this for owners, especially when they, like many, are struggling financially. There are probably some voices in Mazda who have tried to make the point that they could save some money by cutting back on racing activities. I suspect Mazda already realizes this, but DON'T DO IT!. Zoom-zoom and road racing are Mazda's heart and soul. Without those they just become another auto manufacturer.

looking at the entry list for the Glenn on Sunday in GT and saw Snow Racing
in a GT3 P-car. Never heard of them. Searched and found out it's a MOM and her 16 YEAR OLD SON
On the back of their car is a big sticker that sez-SNOW AHEAD
. This ought to be good. Anybody ever seen them??

No mention of parade laps but the schedule does mention it?

msumlin:
Can we get clarification on when the parade laps are? I'm looking at the schedule and there's parade laps on Friday and Sunday.
How do we know which one is which? Obviously I'd prefer to do them Sunday so I don't have to get there Friday...

thoughts?
Also, do these tickets usually sell out? I've been procrastinating on mine and we're starting to get close to the event

Hey Marlon,
Hope your procedure went well and you are recovering quickly!
Nothing on the LRP site for Corral info yet. Or I could just be blind. Details? I think we are planning on a camping trip and maybe doing both Friday and Saturday.

As RX8's are only a small part of the Mazda Corral, you are more likely to find this site more active: http://www.mazdas247.com/forum/forum...-Mazda-Corrals
