I'm going to jump in on this as well....

I was having a hard time finding a missing part on my greddy turbo kit....asked several vendors to help with no avail...

Contacted Eric (Works Concepts) and he immediately went to work on getting the part for me. He was able to get in contact with GReddy and get the part. Since it was being shipped from Japan, it would take a month or so. During this process Eric always answered my PM's and even called me on the phone a few times personally.

Great experience with him, and even though the part was fairly inexpensive and didn't make a whole lot of money off me (yet ), he still offered great customer service. Thanks again!

 

Now I know where to go when I need GReddy stuff.

Same here. I bought something pretty minor (lug nuts), but still got quality service. Eric answered all my questions and was quick to respond to every PM. I will be purchasing from Works Concept again. =)

 

Just want to chime in real quick. I even said it in the thread I ordered the part from but I might as well here too.

I ordered the ARC Air Diversion panel from Eric at Works Concepts. I just want to say..this was great. Quickly got back to me, talking to him on the phone was even better. Unlike some vendors I've dealt with in the past..He isn't a robot. He actually talked to me about it and whats going on and everything and listened to what I had to say, rather then " Here is your part..Insert money here."

Great service, prompt response, great everything. Will be probing him for more products in the future.
