I have had nothing but good experiences. They deliver what I ask for, which isn't always the exact product as it is written. In a timely manner, and took back one led I didn't need for store credit. The leds I am working with from them have yet to burn out, one of which has been running for over 6 months.

If he doesn't have or can't do what you ask he is very straight up about it. This is a great company and they have given more than I asked every time.
