So I got a driver side taillight from rx8evo. He stated good working condition. When I got the taillight I saw the tabs where all missing and the 2 bolts/screw things where also broken off. He admitted that the taillight was broken before he even shipped it. So I shipped it back and he will not refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY!! He will not even respond to any form of communication. Stay away from this guy.

The tail light has been in plain view since the moment it arrived from when you sent it back to me.

Three members from AZMC have been over to view the box you resent the taillight in and the tail light is available for anyone to see that you are lying.


The tabs were never broken.

You have never called me as you had claimed in other threads.

You have not contacted paypal as you had claimed in other threads.

You do not seem to be interested in resolving anything. I was VERY clear in my last post on the subject to you to contact me. You have STILL not, yet you are outright lying for what exactly?

I have absolute proof that you are lying. This is why you have not contacted me or paypal.

Paypal had returned the payment back to me because of the proof I had supplied to them, while you have done absolutely nothing but post lies at RX8club.com and AZMazdaClub.com, but to no avail.

No one at AZMC believes you because a AZMC moderator has seen with his own eyes that you are not telling the truth. You have decided to neither contact me to resolve the matter, nor tell the truth, so I am completely done trying to resolve this with you. I really don't care anymore what you post because most of it simply isn't true. When you decide that you want to actually resolve the matter, I expect you to retract the lies you've told up to this point, and contact me. For someone who has made as big a deal about something so simple as you have, you'd think you'd actually want to resolve this already.

Anyone who doubts what I say can contact ANY RX8club or AZMC member on ANY dealings with me via the web or directly in person. EVERYONE who has purchased anything from me or I have purchased from will vouch for me that NONE of the malicious things Riken claims is true. I would NOT gamble my reputation for 59.00. That would not make sense. The ONLY people who have sided with Riken are those who have never met me, or dealt with me on any transaction, as those who have will attest that all transactions have gone as they are supposed to. I have received numerous phone calls, visits, and emails from those who keep "shaking their heads" at Riken's ridiculous accusations. This is a new year Riken. You have the opportunity to come clean, retract the lies you have been telling, and resolve this NOW. There is no point for you to continue to lie and lie and "win" whatever it is you're trying to "win". Just contact me already so we can resolve this.

If you do not retract the lies you have told about me and this transaction, I will create a thread stating what kind of person you have been to deal with when it comes to selling you anything, not that it's not clear for all to see with doing so anyways. I have refrained from doing that so far in hopes that you would resolve this with me already, as stated many many times before. You have gone way too far in trying to make me out to be a bad guy, and enough is enough. If you don't retract the lies you have told, the bad will be on you.

The following is my review of Riken, whether you wish it to be posted or not: Never the less, it's the truth, and nothing changes that.

Riken: Dishonest.

Riken has been given many opportunities to contact me or Paypal regarding a taillight he inaccurately described as broken. Rather than contact me for resolution, he proceeded to mislead and misinform those here at RX8club and AZMC.

He has told lie after lie about contacting me and paypal. After the 5th phone call to Paypal, Paypal decided that since Riken did absolutely nothing to resolve the matter, the funds he originally paid were returned to my wife's account, for me to decide on how much I deemed was fair to refund him since the item (a driver's side taillight) was returned with more damage than it had when sent out.

The tabs as Riken had been claiming were broken for weeks while waiting for him to contact me were not broken at all, but perfectly intact. It is my belief that rather than own up to a mistake in either judgment or wording, he'd rather continue to post multiple lies about contacting me or paypal as well as the taillight itself.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE PURCHASE OR SELL ANYTHING TO RIKEN.
