RotaryFX Yellow Fogs

So I purchased "Fog Light Halogen Replacement Bulbs Yellow" from RotaryFX around christmas time and sure enough not two weeks later one burnt out. I figured probably bad luck or something. Note: Never left them on while parked, just normal use. So I then went ahead and purchased another set, sure enough under a month later, another burnt out. (They were different sides both times so I know it's not my car. Plus I still have the stock 2006 ones which work perfectly fine.)

Now I did not call up RotaryFX about this issue as I really just don't have the time to hassle, therefore I cannot say they are a "bad guy". But the product sure doesn't seem to be good. Yes I know they are only $23, but still, a month...?

On a good note, I always receive the correct orders in a timely fashion.

Seems like good guy/bad product.

If you don't have the time to call them up to let them know so they can get you a replacement how do you have the time to type this thread?

Potentially if there is an issue with a product maybe it should be addressed with the vendor so they can correct it for future customers, it may be an issue from their supplier.

Just an observation, maybe they will chime in and see this thread.

Oh I'm sorry that this happened a week before I left for Afghanistan and we got rushed out of the country to go defend you guys and all I have is internet over here, my bad. I barely get to talk to my family never mind worry about a product. Hopefully they do see this thread because that's the only way I see them finding out.

Unless of course, how would you like to call for me?

Lol Good Point, my apologies.

I can call for you but I think it be best to pm them or email them directly.

lol it's all good. I wasn't even aware that they had an email, I will look into that, thanks. I suppose I'm the *** for not looking into contacting them that way. I've just been so busy until recently. Things have finally settled down a little on base so I've been able to get on the net and stuff.

I'll try emailing them but I'm looking at PIAA or something else anyway.
