You took over the ongoing part-out and decided the ECU was much more valuable being sold to a different customer, so I was out my cash and even my shipping to return the crap he sent......

maybe someone could prove a single negative report against him or has anything to show that there was a reason? i saw nothing but good guy threads the whole time..
Brice still holds the record btw for bad transactions on this forum and the most trouble caused, other than maybe Scott, but what does it matter if they run the same business and work with each other? should be more of a reason but its not

If the shoe fits, wear it. I got a good laugh when you earlier insisted that I should trust you over anyone else. You obviously have an ax to grind and are hardly a credible source of information because you will clearly twist anything to serve your own purpose. Coming in here and bashing RaceRoots while posing as some uninvolved forum member is just one example.
Then again, I only follow this stuff as far as it amuses me and Patrick's return at this point seemed inevitable.
Finally, what I really want to address before you deleted an earlier reply here is your insecure attitude about me or anyone else having an ax to grind, out to get you or your business, having a negative attitude towards you or your business, or whatever other nonsensical fear is dancing in your head. You simply took my reply there wrong (as you do with almost anything I have ever posted or emailed/pmd to you) and are overreacting once again.
The only thing I have ever objected about the whole BHR thing is the "your either with us or against us" mentality that has been displayed over and over again including this thread subject. You not only think that is "your" thread, you also act like this is "your" internet forum too. Heaven forbid that anyone should ever question or criticize a BHR product here, which isn't even remotely the case for the reply you are having such a retard attack over. Just because I don't play ball with your team doesn't mean I have anything against you or BHR. It only means that I would rather maintain my independence than wake up to the smell of BS every morning.

Honestly questions the credibility of the forums when the admins are saying "yea this company sucks but they can still advert on the forums, its out of our hands"
Note: I am in no way bashing the forums, admins, owners, members, groups, vendors, etc. I am one of the newer members and have not had the pleasure of being screwed over by a vendor (yet). It just worries me to see so much negativity without resolve.

well thats usually because the admins use their power when they feel like it, not just when it should be justified.. and sometimes the admins are the ones working with the very scammers..

and if "some of us" were aware i would hope they would report it to get the guy off the forum again. besides the stolen car WHICH IS ENOUGH, the classifieds aren't for selling every part you can lay your hand on and snub the nose at the vendors who do pay a fee to sell here. thats also in the rules. sell your own parts- anything more is a vendor
I didn't understand why the vendor disappeared but the user stood with the same name.

Without Advertisers and Vendors this forum would not exits and it's wealth of knowledge and information would cease to exist.
We all live and learn..... and personally I am very grateful to all the good friends I have made around the world...and the knowledge I have been taught.
I really feel for the owner of the RX-8 who's car was stolen and parted out...and the guy who paid Mazsport close to $40K and got back a stripped out car, a 20B engine with nothing on it.
WE do not need these Scum Bag(s) on our forum PERIOD!..

If you take anything from this thread, remember who willingly and knowingly worked with a known thief, actually two from the sound of it. And only when he realized the jig was up did he do what is right. He is a creature of opportunity and just like Scott I'm sure would do it again given the opportunity. Buyer beware.

Just like any consumer should do, I wanted to check on who I would be buying something from. Turns out, I found a few vendors I won't be buying anything from because:
a) They have a very shady record and/or
b) They are rude, obnoxious, and like to participate in the mud slinging and resorting to personal attacks and insults fighting over a small piece of the RX8 pie
Just like it turns out with the whole deal with Mazsport, there were a lot more customers that lost out in that deal than the few with bad experiences that were originally known about.
The point I am making is there are a lot more customers here than they realize, and by participating in these scenerios, they may pick up one or two people here and there with their tactics, but they loose out on many more that just don't post often. Kind of like bending over to pick up pennies while dollars are flying over their heads.
I feel for them with the difficult personal situations some of them have been in, but had they presented themselves in a slightly more professional manner here on the forum, the more business they would have gathered, and things like loosing personal belongings would have been avoided. I'm not saying it was all because of this, but you got to admit some of it was self inflicted.
Anyways, just thought I'd share my thoughts from the perspective of a lowly customer.
