That's the standard MO of Mazsport too. Most people got their stuff. If you look at Stick's old 20b thread you'll see I was telling stick he was unreasonable and that Mazsport could do no wrong. You'll back Bryce thinking he'll provide you with continued support just like I backed Mazsport. It didn't get me very far.
My last post on the topic.

I agree with you but I can merely post my personal experiences with Brice/Bryce. Granted I could get screwed over very soon but the fact that it hasnt happened I cant comment against him OTHER than what he did was wrong. I would assume he has lost a TON of business over this, possibly mine depending on the outcome. Unfortunately people make mistakes, hopefully he learns from this and trys his hardest to regain peoples respect, but his image might be damaged beyond repair....

I zoom therefore I am.
Change "denied" to "lied" and we get closer to the issue.
edit:
After reading a TON of threads on other boards.. i'm all for you just going away.

Brice got caught and he's trying to save what he can, i can appreciate that. I cannot appreciate all the steps that he willing took that led him here.

Charles' 'tough love' approach is the only way for Brice to move forward at a personal level. If Brice wants to make his personal growth part of his pitch to keep Race-Roots around as a viable vendor here so be it. Not sure he does, but maybe its unavoidable. There are people here who were defrauded out of a lot of money and they don't really care about the personal mea culpas.
Brice, I'm not an important customer of yours, but I will only remind you that honesty in small things is usually a good indicator of honesty in big things.

But the statement CRH pointed out in the quote above is when I lost respect towards Brice as an individual.
I had the opportunity to chat with the individual CRH is referring to and hear that side of what occurred and I feel that was a low-blow.
The "mystery tuner" was also not the smartest move... specially when we all knew what was going on and were flat-out lied to.
People were trusting you even though you were keeping this secret.
I feel that honestly will not only gain you more customers, but respect.
I really hope things work out for you Brice and I respect a man who can openly and honestly admit his mistakes knowing that many members were going to use the topic to further the "attack".
The "perma-ban" is the only topic leaving a stale taste in my mouth, but I really hope this is a turning point, for the better, in your life... both personally and professionally.

The Professor
Brice,
I'm sorry it has to come to this,
But you fail to grasp what I was telling you when I spoke with you on the phone.
This isn't a game, this is YOUR business. Have a higher standard for yourself. Take Charles' advice and use this as a stepping stone whether you stay in the parts industry or do anything else in life.
The reason I banned you is because this apology was something I forced you to do. If you can't come up with something like this on your own, then you still have a lot of growing up to do. I'm not going to sit by and watch you take kudos for my work, having the members believe you are trying to come clean on your own is something that I cannot do do my community. I intended to inspire you, but instead I see you regurgitating the things that I intended merely as topic points for you to consider.
I'm sorry I tried to help you in your time of need but remember that this whole situation was none of my doing and its gone too far already for me to sit idle.

It's apologists like you, topgear8, who make it all possible. You are a facilitator.
Here's what I know - Mazsport closed down to avoid returning money they took from customers for custom parts. Their parts are made to order, so many people prepaid then got NOTHING.
When Bryce opened shop, and was selling Mazsport parts - I warned Bryce I would be posting what I knew. He was not concerned. He also tried to explain away all the Mazsport stuff ... yes, he really bought dozens of clutch brackets for personal use!
Here's the log:
https://img697.imageshack.us/img697/1123/chatlog.gif
Anyway, long story short, I made a thread and I said Scott was behind the products Bryce was pushing. Any products Scott had on hand for Bryce to sell was bought and paid for by those who were defrauded!
Topgear8 was among those who told me to shut up.
In case I need to translate this into english - Bryce is knowingly buying and selling stolen property. The police need to be involved.

I never knowingly bought and sold any stolen property from Scott I only bought his products that he made. IF a customer that has paid for a product and never received it let me know and I will help.
From my experience with Brice before RR (fluid) and now currently RR ive had a relatively good experience.
First thing I ordered from him (Fluid) was Koni Yellow shocks. He sent me the wrong ones which was a hassle but we got it straightened out and I got the right ones about 2 weeks later. Heck it was a personal mistake, **** happens.
Second thing I ordered from him was recently. I ordered a brake upgrade which consisted of 2 liters of ATE super blue brake fluid, Racing Brake ET500's and Racing Brake SS brake lines. Shipping was fast! Package got here a day earlier than he had said.
Third thing was like a week after my brake upgrade. I forgot to order a SS clutch line. I promptly received my Agency Power SS clutch line fast as well with no hassles and fast shipping.
There has always been a cloud around Fluid/RR/Brice which I had not really spent enough time reading about. The important thing is the experience I received from him and it was mostly hassle free with fast shipping. I believe he has good quality products that help the RX8. Granted he has had problems but he is coming clean. I have lost some respect for him, but emotions aside he has never cheated me or screwed me over. I have always had good service and communication. Best of luck to RR/Brice, hopefully he can regain peoples respect after some long hard work, but then again sometimes that doesn’t always work out.

The RX-8 passion I have was the reason I got into this hobby and then into a business. I will continue to strive for excellence in this community with a new approach I already had in progress.

If I was anything remotely like Scott I would have thrown in the towel and walked away but I am fighting to stay here because this community is what matters to me most.

I sincerely appreciate you taking the time to help me out. You took the time out of your day to help me out and point me in the right direction. I didn't know exactly where to start as I was surprised and caught off guard by the recent events. I truly appreciate what you have done for me, really it means alot to me.
My apologies for my misinterpretations via pm that I sent you last night. Talking to you on the phone and allowing me to clear the air on the forum is greatly appreciated.
I as well have more to post on the matter of my mistakes.

As Charles has stated Patrick was banned because of me going to the mods and reporting an issue to them about the way Patrick was conducting business. I only reported the matter when I had an issue with Patrick and our personal squabbles that were being discussed on open forums.
Short Story:
Patrick (aka getreddy2greddy-zoom44) had offered me a parts car for me to assist to tear down but I had refused because the car was "stolen" via insurance fraud where the owner was way in debt and wanted the car "gone" and wanted to collect on the insurance paying off the car.
I knowingly did not report the matter to admin staff(or the police- zoom44) in a timely fashion. I was reluctant to report the matter only until I had proof of him admitting and as well me having an issue with his comments on the forums.
I feel the community must know what has transpired so that I can clear the air and what I have learned from my mistakes.
Lastly I want to state any parts that I sold were consignment from local members as well as those abroad, I have also purchased 3 salvage cars since being a vendor on these forums and want it to be EXTREMELY CLEAR that I took no part in selling stolen parts ever.

So lets make this clear-
You knew someone was using this forum for selling parts from a stolen car and you did nothing about it until that knowledge could benefit you in some way. Is that correct?

Why is not Patrick allowed to defend himself on this forum. You, the Mods, have taken the word of this person to be the truth. He has given false information in the past on many occasions. And now he's only telling one side of the story. His side.
Which of course is going to make himself look good.
I would like the whole story.

I know some of you guys were burned by Scott in the past. If RACE ROOTS never burned you then i feel liike theres no reason to complain. I dont care if he got the products from North Korea, Jerusalem, or Baghdad. Thats RACE ROOTS BUSINESS. As long as RACE ROOTS sold the products the way they were suppose to be sold, getting you your product on time i dont see a problem.
oh yeah, and Thanks for the plugs a ordered a month ago. They got here fast.

Because I read Patrick's original message not the copy brice sent to us. He didnt think it was a problem because nothing "came of it" and he asked Brice not to post about it again so people wouldnt think he was a crook.
The police didnt find anything to prove it. because the car is already gone. because BRICE didnt report it when it would have made a difference.
This isnt about Patrick. Its about Brice and his actions.

Jason this thread is for you along with anyone else that got defrauded. I am here to help. If you want to reach out to me and ask for information and getting into contact with him let me know I can do that for you.
I never knowingly bought and sold any stolen property from Scott I only bought his products that he made. IF a customer that has paid for a product and never received it let me know and I will help.

To me, this only makes you an even bigger snake then before.
Allow me to expand on that for people who haven't been around as long as you and I.
- Scott ran his business into the ground and in doing so defrauded this community out of over $100,000. Parts were never delivered, orders were never fulfilled, etc etc
- you then employ / contract / hire this EXACT same individual to assist you as you grow your business in the VERY SAME community that this man just burned.
- You put money into Scott's pocket knowing he never intended to pay back those which he owes civil judgements to. You became an enabler, you helped continue his fraud by allowing him to leech off this community even longer.
NOW that things have gotten crazy for you, that you've been banned from several forums, that the MS3 group is outraged at some of you / Scott's actions, NOW you turn on Scott and want to help this community out? Geez man, that's pathetic.
For the sake of full disclosure since many here have accused me of holding some ridiculous grudge against Scott and being a BHR vs Mazsport supporter:
- I have been in this community for over 6 years during which time I had the opportunity to see hundreds of members come and go, I've seen several vendors come and go, and I have had the pleasure of doing business with almost EVERY single vendor who has been here.
Mazmart, Mazdaparts, Axial Flow, Hymee, DPE, Fluid Motorsports, BHR, Rosenthal Mazda, Mazdaparts.com, Works Concepts, are just a few of the companies I have done business with over the years.
I believe this has given me a unique insight which has helped me realize who it is I want to do busines with and who I do not.
I hold NO GRUDGE against Scott, I did not buy parts from him and as a person I wish him no ill will. Honestly, I do not.
What I do not condone is someone allowing him to continue to profit off a community he has done irraparable damage to. You Brice did that, you allowed him back into this small knit community and only now that he has burned you and that your business model has been exposed do you now cast him away and throw him back under the bus.
After seeing Staticlag's post I now more firmly believe that this repentance of yours is not genuine. As I said to you yesterday, I only believe you did this because you were exposed and you had no other choice. That is not the sign of someone truly being sorry for their actions, you are only sorry you got caught.

My statements about him would have been most likely denied without proof for thought of "just trying to get rid of him"
Our squabbles did lead to me sending that to you.
I needed proof and that pm was all that I had on the matter.

I am being totally honest about the matter.
He texted me this offer and I denied. We talked on AIM about it but I don't have too many logs about the matter of him discussing it.
As there is more between myself and his squabbles that infact involve patrick doing an installation that he was paid for that wasnt completed and me footing the bill for Scott to complete the installation on that customers car which was $1500 out of my own pocket because I felt I let the customer down.
