Positive: Tri-Point / Racing Beat
Bought a light flywheel from Racing Beat about a year ago and had Tri-Point Engineering install it. After the complicated install, Tri-Point discovered that there was something wrong with the flywheel, which required them to uninstall the flywheel again, correct something that was wrong with it, then reinstall the flywheel. Tri-Point did all this within the estimated time frame, and Racing Beat agreed to pay Tri-Point for the additional time they spent.
More recently, got my Greddy Turbo installed at Tri-point. They once again worked with Racing Beat to get my oil pump modified. Turn around time was only three days.
After getting back my car, it had some problems with the Emanage Ultimate. I took my car back to Tri-Point, and they spent a ton of additional hours fixing the problem with no any additional cost to me. They even got Greddy to ship out a replacement Ultimate and harness within a couple of days.
The guys at Tri-Point are always very helpfull, and are always willing to answer all the newby questions I have. I'll definitely be going back for future mods.

幹他媽!
for what its worth, a friend of mine had his silver FD repaired at tri-point in canoga park a few years ago. and, they crashed it accidentally, if u can believe that. his car had to go into the body shop for 2 weeks to repair the damage to the front fenders. but, of course, tri-point paid for the damage.
just doesn't leave a warm and fuzzy feeling to me. needless to say, he doesn't go there anymore. guess u win some customers and lose some depending who's working that day.
car service shouldn't be a toin toss, imo...
