Thumbs up Positive: Synaptic 3

These guys were really awsome!! Ok yeah I'll give more detail to clue you in.

Me and another fellow board member ran into a problem with a planned Exhaust swap. We didnt wish to go to your local hack franchised out Exhaust place and let some stoner drop outs handle our cars. I put a request for help up in the NE regional section, a few days go by and I'm dreading the fact that me getting this exhaust wont happen. Thankfully on Thursday night Dana from Synaptic 3 Engineering was on the boards and seen my plea for help and offered up his shop to do the work.

I called Dana up and talked to him and told him exactly what we had plan that of a simple exhaust swap nothing fancy by any stretch and he said his shop could do it no problem. We set a date for the Saturday that was coming up at 2.

Saturday rolls along and I get there (late to grr damn google directions and traffic! ) and I see My10ae and Spin9k already there chatting with Dana and giving a tour of their shop. Everyone there was very very nice and all seemed happy to be helping us out. Dana explained what they were doing to the cars they had and the tools/equipment they used. This wasnt by any means a chop shop set up. If anything I was honestly surprised by the set up they had which made me happy I took Dana up on his offer.

The Exhaust swap itself took a bit longer than expected (that of one hour) thanks to our Luvly luvly New England Weather, that and the fact that when my dealer (Gallery) replaced my CAT put two different nuts on and ended up stripping one of them grrr.. yeah it sucked up more time (Thanks for that Gallery UGH!).

I'd highly recommend these guys to anyone in the New England Area or beyond if your up for the trip that is. They seemed to have a close relationship with Pettit and came across as very excited to be doing installs soon of their S/C once its officaly released. Oh their payrate is very reasonable and compared to shops in my area and to my dealer a steal and a half hehe.

Clav let's not forget that while your car is being worked on, you get to listen to some pretty cool music too thanks to their in-house DJ

Many thanks to Dana and the folks at Synaptic3 for the exhaust swap and giving us a tour of their facility. I'm sure they will be seeing much more folks in the coming future.
