I had a problem with my audiolink, so i just shot them a PM and they said they would replace it no prob. I got the new one, reinstalled it and i just send back the defective one. really easy to do business with.

 

ordered an epack and grounding kit and ya I can figure it out just fine however, no product info or instructions were provided. contacted them

 

ive had great experiences with the rpmstore. i got the ipod audiolink and even times i didnt buy anything they answered all my questions promptly. sorry to hear youve had problems.

 

Not rpm stores fault, items were drop shipped from MFG. They don't include any info nor does the mfg have much so... no harm done by rpm store. just wanted to follow up. They communicated very well with me, I'd do biz with rpmstore again.

 

Yea, I've had no problems with the ipod adapter I bought from them. Fast ship and they answered my questions on the same day. Might buy that DDM HID kit they have as well.

 

The RPMSTORE is GREAT! I have bought the 35W HID kit from them and the NGK grounding kit. The shipping is Lightning fast and great products.... Might be buying the IPOD thing someday
