Just want to give credit where credit is due. I ordered the brake calipers template/label from him. He sent them out right away. However, not only did he provide the template/label, he also supply instructions with diagrams for removal and replacement of both the front and rear pads. This was way more than I ever expected. I wish more businesses operated this way. Thank you….

For the record. Polak contacted me after my post on this thread. And then I got so busy (and I am still so busy) that I have not done anything else so far. I am planning onn contacting Mark once things settle down a bit.
