NEGATIVE: stickmantijuana. Stole $50.
It's not illegal for me to post stick's plate on the forum. His car is in a public parking lot and he has no reason to expect privacy.
I'm hiding the number right now because I'm not an ******* and I'm respecting his request even thought he continues to be a jerk about not paying me back.

IANAL, but the parking lots are marked 'reserved for parking' and in FL that property is considered public use. He wouldn't have a reasonable expectation of privacy there.

Not to take sides in this dispute(as I don't know the details, but I do have a bit of experience with legal matters) we hafta be careful about the way in which our own actions may influence those of others because legal liabilities are a complex issue and ya never know what some freaks may do to other people's property. It could easily be argued that Mazsport and mysql would be jointly responsible for any damages incurred by the vehicle in the picture. Certain information has been posted which could direct an individual with mailcious intent to a specific and particular vehicle. Had not that information been posted the likelyhood for damage would have been nil. If it can be successfully argued that product manufacturers are somehow responsible for the way in which their products have been used, I am sure such an argument isn't too far off.
There MUST be some other way in which this dispute can be resolved.

Stick's previous photos already identify which vehicle is his. So I'm not even pointing out anything new there either.

Heh. I wouldn't put too much effort into it. As I said, I am not in dire need of the $50. I just want Stick to not be such a weasel. I didn't think he'd draw it out this long. Anyone who in the past had doubts that he was given a fair shot at paying me back should by now be convinced otherwise.
Like I said, I would prefer paypal. That resolves this right away. But even Stick's empty promise of paying me back by mail is a fake gesture since he directed me to email my address to his school email account and then did not provide me with his email account.

I understand all that, and I certainly have first-hand experience with both sides of such issues(I represented myself in child custody/support matters in court. I now have full-time custody of my kids) and that's why I am willing to help. I'll get 'er done.

Some malicious viewer decides he's bored and wants to spice up this already interesting thread by trashing stick's car with evidence against mysql (something to the extent of scratching the numbers "$50" into the paint and placing a pound of thermite on his hood and setting it on fire)

Apostle, that will definately not be happening. John's car is brought inside every night. Jason,I am disappointed in your taking pictures of his car for your entertainment on this site. Now I am forced to believe that there could be an attempt of damage any time you are at our shop around his car.
Of course there was no damage to Stick's car. I have no desire to damage anyone's car. And even if someone assumed I would, then I wouldn't be doing anything that would draw attention to myself

Given that he's well aware of this thread, and that the issue would be easily closed at any time, I can only assume it is his desire that this not end and this thread continue.

1 ) his car is FAR away from him
2) he hasn't driven it in forever
3) you're taking pictures of it and posting them to show that you can at any time walk up to his car and do something to it
That would **** me off.
Plus, you only started this thread after he got caught dragging Mazsport's name through the mud in that other thread (and you guys had your little flamewar). You don't care about the $50, or like I said earlier, you would have done this a lot sooner (and he probably would have paid). You just don't like stick and what stick did/said to/about Mazsport, and you're trying to get back at him for it. Nothing wrong with that, but at least be honest about it. This isn't about principle, this is about using the only dirt you have on someone to try and make them look bad.
