Just wanted to tell dear RX8 members that Gullo mazda in Conroe in texas sucks. Their service manager James Rushing is an *******. Do not take ur cars at that dealership.

As a matter of fact, so far I have been to 4 dealerships for manintenace related problems, and they all in the same boat. What is wrong with mazda dealerships? very bas customer service and attitude problems!

 

I strongly disagree. I drive from Spring to Conroe just so they can work on my RX-8.

 

You must love sitting in traffic going through the I-45 construction between Spring and Conroe. Oh Well, its your opinion, mine was the same until I caught one of them speed shifting my RX8 down the road, and then turning back on something they promised!

James was good the new service manager can suck a d!ck and he better now let me catch him in the street Im not planin blew an engine gave me another crap one and blew that **** 2 months later and wouldnt give me another but I have to say the parts guys are cool they help me out alot

 

Mr sly call mazda north america and tell them. When you get a reman engine installed at the dealership it is under a 1 year 12k mile warranty so you should be getting another one unless you have done something to void it.

 

they said the code was a misfire at 120 somethin and I was low on oil and thats bs I always keep up with my oil and when they put the engine in it didn;t have as much power as the old one and all I was runing was an intake

 

Its all bs because mazdas are road raced more than any other car on the road thats what the commercial says anyway
