Thumbs up Great Guy / Karl

Apparently not too many people may know this, but Karl (rotaryman25) is a great guy. He was nice and understanding and helpful! I am a noob when it comes to 8's (only had mine for about 6 months) I ran into a fairly simple problem to fix but couldn't figure it out on my own. I contacted CRH for some help and he directed me to Karl. I explained my situation to Karl and we went over all the details and possible solutions over a couple of days. Most people would have been an *** and just said figure it out. Not Karl! He stuck with it and gave me advice until the problem was finally solved. Smart Guy / Great Guy as far as I'm concerned.

Karl is teh rox0rz!

I've been sh*tting on dealerships for two decades.

Karl is the ONLY dealer tech I'd hand my keys to without hesitation. The living exception to the rule.
