Thumbs up Good Guy: Fluid Motorsports

Just wanted to tell everyone about my recent experience with Fluid Motorsports.

I ordered one of the last GReddy Air diversion panels from Brice. Some Int'l paperwork was missing so shipping got a bit delayed... no harm done. When it arrived, the panels were bent out of shape despite the fact that Brice added some extra bubble wrap inside the way-too-thin GReddy box. This probably was not the best box to ship it in but I applaud the effort of extra wrapping, and the box was obviously manhandled by the Fedex goons as it was bent and worn.

Anyways, Brice was good about it. He told me to file a claim with Fedex and if they didn't cover all of it he would cover the rest. After a week of dealing with the monkeys (actually I think monkeys would do a better job) at Fedex, Brice asked me if I wanted anything else as the GReddy panels were done. Been wanting some sway bars so I ended up getting the Progress sways (on sale!). I should mention that these got shipped out to me before Fedex was done with all their claims BS. Brice even offered me an extra discount on some AP endlinks for all the grief but I had to decline them as my wife would likely kill me if I went from buying a <$100 air panel to a $600 sway + endlink package

Sways are in and all is well. Thanks Brice, would shop here again!

Brice packages things very well

The issue is, I think, with the border.

Most of the boxes I get from the states have holes in them/dents/dings ETC..

I think it's a matter of luck to get something shipped successfully.

I agree. Even the Progress box had huge gashes in it. These things are so friggin' thick though, I think the real secret is to order hardcore metal bars so that the monkeys can't bend them.

Well I got a chance to see the returned box from your order, man that thing was sliced like you wouldn't believe, The made a cut along the side to inspect the package instead of opening from the top, then they reseal it with just a flipping sticker!

Monkeys could do better..lol

Haven't made my own Good Guy thread for Fluid, but have done plenty of business with them in the past. So here is my chance to say for Fluid Motorsports

Thanks guys!

I do this for the RX-8 Community despite what others may think!

Wait am I complaining about praise? LOL What is wrong with me

Yay! I love when it rains car parts! Except the fact my money goes down the sewer and my parents get all nosey (I tell them it's a top secret package, and, you'll see).

Can't wait until I get the supercharger on my doorstep. What's in the box? A supercharger that's going to nearly double my power, why?

But it's worth it!
