ordered the greddy exhaust and it got shipped real quick!! Previously ordered from someone else and got hozed, so fluid made my day!!

Yup I too just ordered from fluid and must say the samething; great communication, service, and products all the way. Cant wait to get me parts this week and install them WOT!

Dissapointed in the seller!
Was also told if I wanted items to be shipped seperate it would be an additional $90. I just recieved the shipping information with a del. date of Jan 19th which is MLK day and mail / packages are not delivered due to it being a federal holiday....thanks.

i didnt even order anything from fluid but he took the time to answer all 20 (maybe not that many..lol) questions i had very promptly.....thanks

Glad someone got this. I will have to re-consider buying again. Was told that the intake and exhaust I purchased and paid for was going to be set aside, only to find out it was on back order and have been waiting weeks to get installed. I now can no longer get my car tuned on the day I had a chance to this weekend (Jan. 17th)

I ship orders in order of PAYMENT RECEIVED I have people asking for the same product I am not going to hold something when other people are paying ahead of you, it happens I am sorry. I cannot control people ordering stuff ahead of you.
I processed 60 Orders that week, it doesn't help when you delete previous PM's and ask random questions not referring to the product in question, I honestly confused you with another customer.
I ALSO DON'T APPRECIATE THE THREATENING PM'S EITHER
Cursing at me and threatening me is not going fix the issue.
I was about to cancel the order but chose not to because I wanted to keep a customer happy with the product he wanted.
I told you the exhaust was coming that Friday, your order shipped out that following Monday.
My apologies for mistaking you for another customer.

Clearly all I ever wanted was some communication about when I would receive the items I purchased. I had to look in another thread just to find out that you were not shipping out the exhausts until Jan 9th. You sent me a PM sat. the 10th that you were still waiting on the intake which I never knew that you knew was on back order as you stated in the return pm.
I never deleted any pm's, and I still have all of them. I never asked repeated questions nor did I gaggle around. I told you that my order would be in that Wednesday, which it was. I also explained that I needed the parts by Jan. 16th for the reason of getting the tune done. I do understand that you are a busy person with many other orders, but the lack of communication was apparent, when you knew about the back order situation at hand. I think the situation was handled poorly, especially after all of the good praises you receive on this site. I am a forgiving person, and will let this go now, but I just believe that you should have told myself and others that you were expecting a back order of parts.

Wow thats to bad lancefan001. I think everything was just a mix up. I not pressed for time on parts i order. I ship stuff all the time at work and have worked for a shipping company so i know how that works. But if I was pressed for time i would have had to reschudle. IF i where you.
But all in all in my eyes Brice is doing his best to sell/move parts make money and not roll people for parts that are going to "do nothing" or just make a buck from us cuz it "looks good" and that in my book is a A+ business.

Lance001 no hard feelings, I was referring to deleting pms, I mean clearing the message.
As you can see I carry over 60-70 conversations with different people via pm and if the previous conversation isn't in the same message I get lost and in a haste I try my best from memory.
Sometimes it is misleading, especially Juggling as many orders as I was at that time.
