unless it was unusually aggressive or inflammatory, they wouldn't delete it. i wonder if it was posted in this thread, if it posted at all... might check your posts to see.

Oh brother.. I've already surmised that I goofed prior to your 'great detective' work. This has nothing to do with you....but you may continue to stir the pot.

The only part that was not valid was my questioning of a deleted post in this thread.. My other question of why my emails for an RMA were unanswered by FM was valid and as you so eloquently pointed out.. was a miscommunication (sic). That works both ways. FM's website shows a different email addy than what FM's rep here is saying my request should have gone. So you see, misscommunication works both ways. Again, this posting had nothing to do with you...

I can not speak well of them, they do not want to send me my order, I had to break their heads to send it.

then, shipping costs are too high!

Let me translate that -
They didn't want to send stuff to Italy, but you moaned and pleaded until they agreed, then you whine that shipping (TO ITALY!) is too high?

What is the word I'm looking for? Ritardato?

Chill out Stealth, Ritardato is more of an insult here than it is there

Francesco maybe isn't the best english speaker out there so please let me tell you what happened.

For what he told me he ordered something that they accepted as an order.
Anyway after they took the money off of his credit card they told him that it might have taken more than 10 days to ship.

This is not a big deal, the problem is that he had previously contacted them asking that product's availability and they answered that it was in stock so knowing that it would have taken 10days or more AFTER this confirmation and after the deposit sounded incorrect to him.

Anyway Fluid immediately shipped out the package after he contacted them 4 days later, and that's a good point in my opinion, while the upper points are not, still in my opinion.

Another thing is that paying 295$ for an AEM is ok but 125$ of shipping is insane.
Agreed that we live abroad but, even via FedEX, prices are way lower. I know that because i paid something like 80$ for a mazdaspeed intake shipped via fedEX some months ago.

I think that's it. Some incoherencies (is it right?) after they said that the item was in stock and a bit too high shipping price.

Sorry for the long text

Giorgio

Ritardato - that just means 'late' right?

Does the $125 include Customs fees, export documents etc?
You gotta expect to hurt when trans-atlantic shipping is involved.....

Stealth we usually pay our customs after we receive the boxes here directly to fedex. I know that because when i received mine i paid around $80 of shipping and then custom duties when the filter arrived.
"Ritardato" here means mentally retarded and is considered a pretty serious offense anyway. Just to make things clear, i'm sure that Francesco won't take that as an offense

He purchased thru the site for one, so the fedex calculator takes care of that I don't have anything to do with how it calculates shipping.

Number 2 I had 7 orders go out in a matter of a week so when he did ask it was in stock, I cannot help orders come in faster than I can stock them.

Once I realized I didn't have enough for stock I ordered more, shipped out 2-3 days later.

Sounds like he had a difficult time, and broke the console cover as well......

Can't blame Fluid for that......
the problem being in this case is its not adjusted perfectly, its either too sloppy and not doing anything or too tight and hosing your tranny (which sounds like was the case)

doesn't sound like the original poster was aware of the horrible downside of it not being adjusted just right...
