GREDDY, if you buy the car I would gladly buy plenty of parts off it from you, as long as the prices don't jump up from what I've offered Dom. Here is what I am trying to get:

engine, complete with wiring
pcm
trans/starter/clutch stuff
slave and master cyl, lines in between
driveshaft
powerplant frame
instrument cluster
shifter, ****, etc.
steering wheel
both airbags
main cat
all the wiring in the front half of the car

I could even come and pull all the parts off myself...

I'm sure there are plenty of people that would smile until it hurts if they found out that you went to jail because of all of this. It's possible that they may not get their money back, but they can at least get some satisfaction.

Also, if you were in fact going to jail, it would be easy for people to recover their money from you via a lawsuit. Your threats that people will not get anything if you go to jail would only hurt you in court, since they can come across as an admission of guilt.

 

And they have gotten what at this point? By you threatening everyone that they wouldn't receive their money back, that would give me more reason to press charges. I still don't understand why you have to wait for the car to be bought from you before you can refund people's money. You say that their money got caught up in a "paypal error." By now, this has to have been resolved if you have even given the least amount of effort and called them. So the question is: What did YOU do with their money!

Guys, all i can say is greddy is going to get the car and some people are going to get a refund and some people are going to get their parts. If you feel the need to put me in jail then by all means please do. Im done arguing this point. Ill go call the cops on myself right after i call my dads lawyer to take care of all this. But yeah if you guys really think putting me in jail will solve the problem then lets do it. Im done being threatened. If i intended on ripping you guys off dont you think i would have just taken the money and ran? If my plan was to rip you off i wouldnt be on this forum right now, i wouldnt be in this house right now, id be trying to get as far away as possible but thats not me. Someone go look up my criminal record....i dont even have a ticket. The last thing im gonna do is try to scam someone, im honestly scared of going to jail. But like i said, yall do what you need to do and most of you guys havent bought from me so you dont even belong on this post. Normally I wouldn't post anything about this since I was lucky enough not to try and buy anything, but now he's posting on another forum (with the post date of 9/18/2007) that he has paypal back up and is accepting orders. Since dom has already stated he is selling the car and the new owner will send the parts out that people have already paid for, this can be used as even more evidence of fraud. Essentially selling something you don't own.

 

oh snap the pressure is on.... can we start a new thread or something where everyone states wether they want their stuff to be shipped out from me or if they want it just refunded by dom when i buy the car then a separate transaction with maybe a better price on some stuff with me? This would more or less help dom sort out who has paid for what and what exactly he needs to refund to people and it also helps me know what im actually supposed to be getting with the car and what i can still sell to other people... thanks! (abbid) :D

so if his paypal really "was never messed up" then people could be gettin refunds by now on paypal's side... but since they are not then it must be messed up... and why would he state on another forum that his paypal was messed up at the same time it was messed up for the people on our forum? just my thoughts... i dont know though- so i guess when i go to pick the car up i will see what happens... worse case- i get the car... people wait for their strike to go through.... then do another transaction with me. the only faster way to get on a positive note is if Dom refunds people right after i pay... or the parts get shipped out... i can ship parts out that are small no problem, but im not really up for free shipping on the big part orders. Im done typing tonight...
