I made what I thought was a solid verbal agreement with him for a large purchase over $2000. I am basically buying the drivetrain and some electronics, however I was/am unwilling to send him any money up front due to the issues with his other customers and his paypal account.

We agreed that he would simply send me the parts on a pallet freight collect (me paying for the shipping to the carrier when it gets here) and I would send him the money back. Since I am a business owner and having been in the rotary scene for over 8 years now, I feel he should be able to trust me far easier than I can trust him, given the issues with his "sales" to this point.

He knows that as soon as he sends me the parts he will have "money in hand" via overnighted USPS money orders, with which he can fulfill any past obligations/screwups/claims/misunderstandings. Thus far he has not seen fit to take me up on the offer. Perhaps there is a legitimate reason. It's been about a month now...

My offer to buy the parts from him still stands, I will be out of town until the 24th so he can ship the parts so as to arrive after that time.

At one point I was willing to pay for him to rent a truck to haul the parts to me, and I would have paid something toward the gas as well (basically whatever the shipping cost would have been to the carrier, around 140 bucks) so that I could put cash in his hand and there would be no chance for miscommunication or loss on either part. This did not work out either. This offer still stands as well.

I posted a WTB add for a driver side suicide door window. Dominic contacted me right away and we settle for $60 including shipping. I sent an MO (see attached) on 9-1-07. So far no window and communication is (including vocabulary) was no go. I already found another window and I'm in the process of taking care of this matter. Others should be aware and administrator should remove his membership. I case he changes his login be aware of doing business from someone in the Wilmington, North Carolina area.

 

^^Hey, be careful, b/c we have quite a few members from that area......not to say that they'd be selling parts as well, but don't label the area as suspicious.

 

I bought the ECU from him (in mid July, by Paypal)

He sent the wrong part (didn't know what the ECU looked like)

I returned it and he has since sold the ECU to someone else,

he said he was sending a refund (by mail) in August.

I bought the Steering Wheel from him. I sent him a Western Union Money Order on August 8th because he was having problems with his Paypal account. I paid $100 for the wheel and $15 for the shipping. Still have not received the steering wheel, a refund, or even a tracking number.

I ordered tail lights from him. They came damaged and all scratched up. Asked for a refund. After 2 weeks got my refund. But waited for the tail lights for about 1 month.

 

Does anyone have his phone number?

As for me, i ordered the clear corners from him including stealth bulbs.. i got in early when he first posted... He mailed the corners a week after i paid for them and it took another 2 weeks to get to me... and without the stealth bulbs... Overall, my experience was okay with him as he sent the stuff... but it looks like he has taken the later buyers for a ride... someone should visit this guy to see if that parts are still there

I'm quite confused. This Dom sends me a PM the other day offering to sell me (my friend) his engine and wiring harnesses. I did not realize it was THIS PERSON. After a few msgs back and forth, I explained the direction my friend ended up going, and then he proceeded to tell me that someone is interested in buying the whole car. Which would lead me to believe its intact...? What says you guys?

Dom, whoever the hell you are, there are alot of decent hardworking people on here. Normally I dont like to get involved in things I dont have to, but if you tell me there's a potential buyer for the whole car, what about all these people you owe pieces to?

i never said i had the whole car...ive got whats rest of the car posted up for sale...as things come off the car...i drop the price on it. Right now ive got whats left of it posted for sale for 4500 dollars because of all the **** thats missing on it right now. And thank you greddy...atleast someone on here thats using his ******* head. Im not some gigantic company with a 1000 employs...i dont have a 1 day turn around on shipping parts out.
