Have had nothing but crap from these guys....

There batteries are rebadged Odessy batteries at premium prices
And there seats are rebadged Recaro Pole Position Seats with there name custom embroidered on them also at a premium price.
Do yourself a favor and steer clear....buy from Odessey and Recaro...and save yourself the grief!

well my Braille battery is official DOA, maybe 9 months old tops and won't hold a charge. I told them it was messed up from the beginning, but noooooo ....
The situation forced me to immediately buy an Oddysey PC680 for replacement rather than hassle with sending it back to Braille and wait for a replacement, and it was much less expensive than Braille's advertised price. Live and learn

Well I don't want to get into blasting them and have tried to mute my responses, I had another situation that made me decide to walk away, in the case of the battery it never held a charge long from the beginning and I'm sure I could send it back, but based on the previous statement I'd rather just move on to another supplier ...

I finally gave up and just started using my talents and thier vulnerabilities to get free pr0n at the end of the day.
Sad sad world we live in...
So DKNV calls them up and orders one of their special Ti shift ***** over the phone in May, which they claim will be made around mid-July, two months later but they charge the CC immediately ... strike 1
time comes and no **** or any kind of notice - she calls, and calls, and calls - nobody answers, no return calls to voice mail ... strike 2
finally in August she finally gets someone on the phone, they decided the demand was too low for that particular ****, but she still has to ask the bastages to refund the CC amount ... strike 3
this week (end of Nov) she's looking through her records and realizes the refund never came through, somebody at least answers the phone this time, but despite insisting that "we put the refund through and you already recieved it" agrees to put it through again anyways ... comes through 2 days later
