Bad Guy: R & D Motorsports

I ordered a volk package from R & D Motorsports out in Charlston, SC about 2 years ago and still have not gotten the wheels. They are still in contact with me but I'm about to get a lawyer involved. The whole package was about $3,200. Don't order wheels from them.

Who in their right mind waits 2 years to confront someone? Now it's too late to dispute the claim with your bank , credit card, paypal, pony express, etc etc
