He posted a FS: OEM 18" Wheels, Toyo Tires w/ sensors and I agreed to his price via PM.

He suggested to make the payment via Google Checkout due to lower fees and such, to which I agreed and made the payment. Google Checkout shows the seller to be:

Tranceworx then charged the agreed price on my credit card via Google Checkout on March 18, 2009.

On March 25, 2009 - junior_22_22 confirmed via PM that the payment has gone through and he has dropped off the items the night before (March 24, 2009) and should be sent that morning. He told me he'd give me the tracking number when he got home the next day (March 26, 2009).

I waited for a few days and no PMs, no emails, no messages in Google Checkout purchase history - so for the next few days I still waited and sent him polite PMs, even emails to his Hotmail accounts and Google Checkout - to which I never even received a single reply / tracking number.

On Apr 12, 2009 - I sent him a message via Google Checkout that I would have to file the transaction as a fraud and proceed accordingly if I don't get any response.

On Apr 13, 2009 - I officially asked a refund because I never receive the item nor any tracking number for items that I have paid for.

On Apr 16, 2009 - I asked for mediation from Google Checkout to contact the seller since I have not received the item I paid for nor any communication whatsoever.

On Apr 22, 2009 - Google contacted me and because the seller has been unresponsive (to me and to Google Checkout) Google is issuing a refund for the amount I have paid

I'm sure that he saw my PMs and emails since his last activity 04-13-2009 05:05 AM.

I spoke to another forum member he basically told me that junior_22_22 was unresponsive as well to him a while ago and only sent the item *after* a PayPal dispute was filed and escalated.

I don't want to call names and whatnot since I don't know what's going on from his end, may be he got fired, may be he travelled, attending relative's weddings / funerals, may be he got hit by a car, may be he was murdered, may be he's in jail, rotting in hell, etc.

yeah well if he can post stuff thats forsale he should take the responsiblity to go through with it also instead he only created a bad name for himself...at least you got your money back...but damn that is SHADY

When you paid through google checkout did you use your credit card?

Yup. Google Checkout will refund the amount to the credit card that I used for that transaction.

If you're curious, you should search for the thread junior_22_22 started to sell his items. He's not a new member, so I wasn't very cautious with the transaction and just went ahead.
