I normally dont have to do this i usually have a smooth transaction when buying something.
I purchased a "New" wind deflector for the moonroof.. Box came in the OEM Mazda box..
Upon opening you can clearly see its used, and their is no moutning hardware.. I say ok.. ill call the mazda dealership to see if i can buy it ( I dont like bothering people)
Mazda tells me that they sell them by pair and they dont sell seperately.. now im a little upset.. I either want the mounting hardware, or I want a refund
Im a calm peaceful guy dont like trouble, but this is not right to say something is new and it missing parts.
I did message the guy all i got was "I dont know i sent you everything i got when i baught it. with a Question mark.

To end something with a question mark is ridiculous. Did he take pictures of any of the parts before sending? Did you take any pictures of what was in the package and show them to him? I don't know the guy but I would suggest he explain exactly what was in the package when he "bought it new".

I have fault cause i didnt request pictures.. but i have pictures of what was in the box...
Good news forum member The Reverend is going to be sending me the mounting hardware that he has lying around free of charge!!!!
good to have some members that can halp ya out. not always does something end in a good matter but just to everyone to watch out for people out there.
BTW he didnt reply to my message i sent him right after he messaged me.. kinda makes me think.. if i sold something to someone and they mesaged me with a problem i think i would wait 10 minutes for them to reply and try to resolve this issue.
