You seem to forget what state you live in .... attempting to beat someone down in Texas is asking to be put on a lead diet.

Yeah, true......... Going to CC class is funny because you see the strange people who are packing. My bosses wife carries a Beretta 9mm.

If what Paypal says is true, if he doesn't respond by tomorrow, I win the case and get my money back.

too bad there's not a maturity test for the permitting process. You don't get to claim self defense when your intent was to give him a beating carrying a gun, concealed or not. Keep digging, your almost down to the 6 feet under sweet spot.

A waiting period can be a good thing. Yeah, I actually hardly carry mine on me on a daily basis, I got it more for work so it stays in my desk. We do psychiatry and I have had some close calls with unstable patients. I have taken it out once on an employees crazy boyfriend though when he hit her in the parking lot.

I would approach that shop and tell them that you've heard some guy works there, you're not sure of his name but you think it may be XXX, and that supposedly you've heard this guy has an awesome mazda rx-8 for sale. You've seen this car around town and would love to buy it, you have 21 grand to spend this week but you need to get in contact with the guy ASAP or you'll have to buy something else.

Leave a different name but your phone number. Wait for call back, and trust me, if there's such a guy there, you will get it. Win.

I'd do it for ***** and giggles regardless of the outcome of the paypal case.

And if you do get a response, then you know the guy works there and someone can show up there for even more win.

if the guy wins the paypal case, then I would just file a consumer fraud report with the attorney general.

I thought you'd win by the 8th if he didn't respond.
Maybe paypal took the weekend off? Either way, good luck Grog. Hopefully this retard didn't bother to respond and you'll get your money back.

If not, it's Rugby player-beat down time.

I would assume that, if he had responded, I would be notified immediately and we would move on to the next stage of the claim process. It has been nearly nine full days and it still says "The seller has been asked to respond by October 8th".

But yeah, it does say that if he didn't respond in ten days, I win the claim and they restore funds to the rightful owner (me), so I dunno what's taking them.

At first, the "Partial refund of 0" confused and scared me, but moments later I checked my paypal account to find my $460 back safe and sound.

its good it got resolved, its rediculous how it had to be resolved though. There is no telling how many people he sold that same kit to, or if this is the only victim.

or if he's lying at the hospital in a coma, these threads say as much about the people who reply as they do about the intended subject
