I had ordered a vis wings spoiler from one of there eBay auctions. Maybe 4 days after I payed for the item, I emailed them and asked if my item had shipped. They said "thank you for the oppurtunity, we will process your order"...so I have to remind them to process it?....anyways. About 2 weeks go buy and I asked if it shipped again and I can have a tracking number (which it says in the auction they will provide one when the item ships). They send me one and I track it and it's supposed to come in the next day. Well ok I'm excited that it's gonna come in.. So I get home from work and see a box that looks too small to have it in there. Open it up and find a lip spoiler that doesn't even look like it would fit an rx-8. It says on the back of it "ac schnitzer" which I looked up and they make parts from what I cam tell only bmws and minis...

So I emailed, called and left a message, and messaged on eBay telling them that I needed to return it. With no answer I left a negative feedback saying I recieved the wrong item.

They message me today on eBay and say "sorry, you already left negative feedback and made my company look bad, why would I want to help you?"...then another saying "how do I know you actually recieved the wrong product and not trying to scam me and send back a product from a previous bad transaction?"

really? Accuse me of scamming? I try to stay away from them if that's how they run buisiness. Anyway I can maybe be able to get a refund?

Take the issue to Paypal and Ebay.
