I think we can nominate the wing as one of the ugliest out there.

An aside, althougth giving opinions on modifications to the 8 is appropriate on this forum, I don't see why insults directed at a person should be. There are a lot of reasons I wouldn't post pics of myself here, but the fear of being being ripped for the way I look (or better yet-someone's perception of how I look) shouldn't be one of them. Just this man's opinion.

To add to the comments about the wing...Do you often have company over and need to have an extra table for the kiddies to sit at?

I've seen some ugly wings in my day but, honestly, you cannot believe that it made an improvement in the way that car looks, can you?

You obviously have good taste in other vehicles, why did you do something so hideous as that to the RX-8 and not to that little Bimmer?

Take it off, it's an eyesore and a major discredit to the car most of us love to own and drive, the beautiful RX-8. I really do think the RX-8 is better looking than either of the other vehicles you own. That is my personal opinion as was everything else I wrote.

funny, prior to my RX-8, I owned an Imola red M Roadster like yours. Loved it. However, while it has more power/acceleration than my Rx-8, the RX-8 is a far better car. Better handling, better quality, better materials, better content. And, I can carry two of my triplet daughters in the RX-8! (that's why I sold the M)

 

The wing is coming off very soon. I have the mint blue rear spoiler on order. It will do it alot better justice. (mintblue.co.jp) Now thats up to $700 in plastics alone.:D :D In two weeks I will have it!!

 

If I had to wait for all you nice critics to give me permission on which rear spoiler to buy then I would have to call all of you to make my decision for me.

I order a veilside spoiler and its taken over 31/2 month to recieve it. Still dont have it. They want me to pay over $150.00 for shipping. If they are the only one to order it from then get a confirmations and a delivery date first!!

 

The new spoiler should look good. Big improvement.
