I'm not going to get into the attractiveness factor. That's a subjective thing and has no bearing on my dislike for her.
My main issue is that she takes herself so seriously. She literally walked around the track stomping her feet like a child throwing a temper tantrum. She is vocally irritated by the fact that people say she's only a celebrity because she's a woman in a man's sport, but goes around and poses provocatively in magazines saying it "improves the Danica Patrick branding". She weighs 100 lbs and stomps around like she's going to do something. That's like those stupid 2 lb dogs that bark up a storm thinking they're a big dog.

Every race car driver blames their equipment when things don't go well.
She is no more dramatic than any other driver. The difference is that she's far more popular among the media and we see her more often.
Not only did Briscoe stay in the car but he even lowered his visor when he saw her coming.
